This happened just next to my hometown, 20 minutes away actually. I have been to this park MANY a time, especially back in my high school days, and after high school w/ my children. Thank God we have not yet took Shini there, nor will we be now! It was sad enough this was done to a dog, but could you imagine it done to a child??!!!!

Di, I think they filmed her a bit after the fact; perhaps she wanted to stay calm to get her point across so the media would get her message out there.  This was so sad and senseless.  Jeff and I RV and frequently go on walks in a woods along creeks; I will be a lot more careful.  Thank you for posting this video.  :0(

No I think this just recently happened. But Di? I thought the same thing!!! If that was Shini I would be squalling like a baby & wouldnt give a crap if it were on national TV!!! That part I didn't get either.

That is terrible, I would be careful in that park from now on.  Funny was it just me or did this lady not really seem upset, or did this happen way before this clip was taken.

It scares me now to take Shini to any state park as this is an active law...........can you believe it??
