January 2010 was the first time I visited this web site.  I came on to ask a question about glands and pugs, and I have not left since.  When I came to the site it was just Lily and Linus, Lulu was already gone, and of course you guys never got a chance to meet her.  She was such a sweetheart, a little couch potato, very different then Lily who you all fell in love with.  They were two very different girls, but very close in many ways.  Then in June of 2011 you all got to meet my little devil girl.  As you all know I love to call her that because most times that is what she is, a little devil.  Poor Linus he looks at me sometimes as though he is saying "where is my old sister Lily".  Lizzy bites him, pulls his tail, pulls his cheeks, hardly ever leaves him alone.  Anyway, back to my reason for this blog.  In October Lily went to be with Lulu and my girls are together again.  We on this site have been through so much with each other.  Think about it, we were apart of three of Malia's litters.  We saw Lucas born, Misti born, and now maybe Pug Chicks, and maybe in my dreams one of my pups born.  Really wish I could take that big boy, I told Pug Chick I would name him Lucas and his proper name would be "Malia's Sir Lucas Walker" which would continue with my L's.  I like Pug Chick have a husband who would more than likely say "ARE YOU NUTS".  Anyway, back to the blog.  We have been here for each other through thick and through thin, just like a real family, so I want to wish all of you a very Happy New Year, from your Pugslife family here in Pennsylvania. And I would like to post this picture that is on a sweatshirt of mine that I feel is what it looks like where my two girls are along with many other family members from here.  Makes you kind of think they are in a happy place even though they must miss us as much as we miss them.

Much Peace and Happiness to all in 2012.

Absolutely beautiful Di, your Lily was so much like my old boy who was long gone before Tania pushed me towards this site but Lily reminded me so much of him. She was the Lady to his Gentleman and how I think they would have liked each other.

I am grateful everyday for Pugslife, for all the friends I have made here, so many that can only be described as true friends.

I wish you all a Happy New Year and hope we all manage to get through this year safe and happy as Jackie so rightly says.

Awww Diane that was so touching!  It's so very true and ironic that you say that because I was JUST thinking about that last night - how this site has become such an important part of my life.  I love checking it daily to see who posted pictures, what the puggies may be up to.  I'm actually surprised you just joined in 2010!  I thought you have been a part of this site for years, as you are very much one of the regulars.  Other dog owners or people that don't own a Pug in general can't understand where us Pug lovers come from.  That's what I love about this site...we all have one HUGE thing in common - our love for PUGS!!!  I agree with you that it has been a joy watching everyone grow and being there for each other, in good times and bad and like you said, Lily and Lulu are together again in a carefree place of nothing but peace.  I'm so happy to be a part of each of your lives and have the pleasure of enjoying this site with everyone.  May you all have a safe, happy and fun New Year!  CHEERS TO PUGSLIFE :)
