Pug-A-Palooza Quilt for the Silent Auction (Puggies NOT Included!) :0)

This is Buffy's first assignment as an official quilt tester. Sassy Sue & Daisy Doo had quite the time teaching her to look approvingly, yet stay objective. This was accomplished with great difficulty considering Buffy is blind and deaf, but she did agree it would bring in some money for APARN (Arizona Pug Adoption & Rescue Network). It will be in the silent auction at APARN's Pug-A-Palooza event on August 30th. :0)

I want the puggies too!!!!  Oh I so love this quilt.  Wish I could have bid on it.  Wish I could talk you into making one like it for me to buy from you.  You could donate the money if you like...lol

I'll would have started the bidding out at $100.00, no kidding, I would really like something like that for myself.  Oh yes, if necessary I would have kept going up on it also!  Trust me, I would have been the one to walk away with it.  Not sure how silent bidding works though.  Perhaps a person only has a single bid to make, in that case it would have been $200. !!

Thanks for your kind comments, ladies.  I took the quilt for Show & Tell at my quilt guild today and met three members who are also pug people.  Now I know why I liked them so much!  :0)

They all posed like the troopers they are, beautiful quilt. I did find someone who teaches just not near enough for me, I think once I get through the humongous sewing I am doing at present I might have a go. Good Luck with the Auction, should bring in heaps.
