PLEASE SEND GOOD THOUGHTS TO TIA, BUGSY AND DISCO

This am I found a shredded pack of sugarless gum wrappers.  One of the pugs took it out of my son's jacket.  He thinks there may have been a piece or two left but isn't sure.  I don't know who did it and the ingredient xylothol is lethal to dogs.  I rushed all three to the vet and they are going to get their stomach pumped as a precaution.  From there we will know if someone ate it and then that one will need medical care.  I'll keep you posted.

LOL this morning I was trying to drink a cup of coffee and picked up the blanket on the floor to put on me.   Madam Souffle came into the room, sniffed the floor, looked up at me and started barking at the blanket.  So I took half of it off and draped it back on the floor.  She stopped barking and triumphantly settled down inside of it for a nap!  She was chiding me to give her back the blanket...smart pug!

We have a room in our house that is locked up and has been set aside for renovation. Someone opened it yesterday and forgot to lock it back. Can you imagine, Tin Tin pushed the door open with his paws, found a baby rat, killed it and brought it to us as a trophy! Needless to say, we were apalled and got that poor dead rat away from him and got it suitably disposed off. I wonder if Tin Tin's ultimate aim was to eat it, am not sure !!
