Hi Everyone:

My little guy Neo who is 9 years old when in for surgery last week to have a systs  removed in his mouth and found our that 20 of his teeth hand to be pulled because of a mouth decease, so now he has only 5 teeth left and I need to get him some soft kibble or kibble that you can add water and it turns into a gravy. What do you all suggest?

Thank You

My precious pug Neo

I would say try and make your own, or try some canned.  There are some really good canned foods out there, you just need to do your research on them.  Did your vet make any suggestions at all?

I would go with the wet food (canned) if you do not want the bother of feeding home made. Have to say I had one Pug who lost most of his teeth and he never noticed most of the time, only when he went to pick up his bone did he miss them.

First of all so glad it was not cancer, what about boiled chicken and pasta or rice and blended a bit like baby food so he is getting protein and carbs also maybe a few carrots we feed our 2 loads of chicken cut up with rice they love it hope his mouth heals quickly xxxxxxxxxx Carol

I would feed just canned bc wet food is better for kibble! I sometimes feed grandma Lucy's "pureformance"
You could get it online
