Last night my boyfriend (Karl) and I went out down town and to the casino with some friends, well this has not pleased his royal highness.
He is sulking big time. I even let him sleep on the bed to sweeten him up but it clearly never worked as he jumped off. He has had me up three times already this morning just to disturb me I think, he must know I am feeling delicate lol.
He has even turned his back to me in his little bed so I can't look at him and he didn't want to sit on my knee, so I know I am in big trouble.
I wonder how long he will keep the silent treatment up for...
I think today is all going to have to be about my little man to see if I can get him to be my friend again. Nothing a trip to the beach and an ice-cream can't fix I am sure!

Oh no! Luckily mine never punishes me... unless I give her bath. Then I'm in BIG trouble.

Pugs do really know how to make you feel bad!! And they do it oh-so-sweetly!!!

Don't they just, nobody does attitude quite like a pug. I have continued the bribing today with jelly and cheese just to make sure I am 100% forgiven

I am pleased to announce that he is my friend again now. It took 2 Sunday dinners, a long walk, a new toy, a massage and a peanut butter filled kong for him to come round, he can be so stubborn lol! I just don't know how to break it to him that I am out again on Saturday, I have a feeling it is going to cost me.

My Lassie was a stray I picked up when I was eighteen so as you can see I remember her so well. She was found on the High Street by me wandering among the traffic. I was out with my Gran's Poodle at the time. We had her for 9 years, she was black tan and white and was very dainty. My Mum always said she should have been called Lady.

Poor you, the other thing she did not like was alcohol, at least not on men, my poor Dad could not even have one pint or she ignored him. We think who ever had her, and I had a suspicion, was cruel to her in drink. Give him a big kiss and tell him it won't happen again, well not immediately. He might forgive you.

You aren't wrong there Helena. The little devil has barked ALL DAY at nothing, which is not helping my bad head (self inflicted lol). He still wont sit with me and I even took him to my grans for some Sunday dinner and brought him extra home for tea, but clearly I still have work to do as far as he is concerned. And to top his bad mood off he is going in the bath later; this is going to take some serious grovelling. It's strange because when I leave for work he doesn't do it and when we go on holiday he doesn't do it but just a random night out and he sulks.
Aww I didn't know you had corgi's before, they are lovely dogs. You just kind of presume everyone has only ever had pugs on here lol.

Much Sympathy to you Laura, have been there but funnily enough not with any of the Pugs. Hektor really does not hold a grudge, but my Corgi Lassie was the Queen of the sulk. When we went of on Holiday she stayed either with my Gran or my Aunt whom she loved, but when we returned boy did we know she was not pleased, little Madam. You will experience hell today I tell you.
