Well I did it I went out and got a washable diaper today for Lily, I think I will get another one as this one might be just a little small, but I am afraid the next one will be to big.  Her back end is so thin, but the rest of her is really solid.  She does look cute in it, at least I think she does.  She really does not need to wear it all the time, but she has had a couple of pee accidents in the house as of late, so I think this is a good idea.  I will take a couple of pictures when I get a chance.

How about using some duct tape as tabs on the diaper.  Where the tabs are located now makes the diaper too big but with duct tape you can fold the diaper more snugly around her.

I wish I could help but alas I have no experience in this area.  You are forging new terrain for us all.  I can sympathize with the if one pees in the house it attracts the others to do so.    I'm having major issues all around with cats and dogs pee!!!!  I want to scream!!!!!!!

OK so here is one of my problems.  The small diaper is kind of small, so now I buy a pack of throw away medium, I thought this was a good idea, you see they have adjustable tabs.  Me being the smart one NOT thought adjustable tabs, I can take it off and if it is wet use it again when she comes in from outside.  Medium are way to big, she walks out of them.  So now I have a pack of 12 diapers, well 10, I wasted 2, so they cannot go back.   My question is how do you get these diapers to stay on when she has nothing back there to hold them up?  This morning she went in her bad again as she did yesterday morning.  Husband took the diaper off her and left it off, and guess what it was wet, so she is going more then I thought she was.  Now I am thinking she has been going in the house and I am just not home to see it, and hubby isn't paying any attention to any of this.  I cannot have her going in the house, not with Linus around.  Someone said put papers down or pee pads down------well that is fine if you only have one dog, but not when you have three and two are younger, and you do not want them going in the house.  Any advice from anyone?

I asked some OPR members about diaper advice because my new foster Souffle has a pee accident issue. They said that from the dollar stores one can get human newborn diapers and cut a hole for the tail.  Well these senior pugs do have issues like old adults I guess LOL!  they deserve some dignity in their old age.

Sounds like a good idea.  Will be looking for pics of Miss Lily in her new fashion statement.
