I first met Queenie in the summer of 2008, a Pug so gorgeous I fell in love immediately. Her whines and cries took a hold of my heart and never left. In late summer of 2009 I moved in with her currant Papa of the day and he “gave” her to me.

Well I went thru the motions of having her sleep with me… Honesty took some getting used to, but it was worth it. Now here we are in February 2010 and my “Queenie” is all mine old Papa has gone from Oregon to Florida leaving me with “all” the Pug Drama all to myself and I am just loving it…...

She absolutely follows me every ware, I Finally got her to start eating without him having to be here first, has to be up on the couch with me or in my arms (loving that). Have put her on a diet with exercise, (me too), we walk & play in the house, She runs for me like She has new life in Her. What a gift from God to take care of…. A Pug!

You are not the first or will be the last to be seduced by a Pug, that's what they do. I have watched Hektor since he was 8 weeks old seducing everyone in his reach, even at the puppy party at the Vets when he was let of his leash he did not play with the other puppies he went round the other owners and introduced himself. They are all charmers but then they have had two thousand years to perfect their act. I love Queenie, she so reminds me of our last one Henry, who was an old dignified gentleman.

They are a gift from God, no doubt. This is a cute little video a friend sent me your post made me think of it so I thought I would share. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H17edn_RZoY

Nice story, wish you much luck with her. Pugs are the best companions, and yes they do love to sleep with you, as I have two in my bed.

That's the advantage of being a mother of a puppy .... only give you joy without demanding anything in return, are unconditional with their families .... I like that to put on a diet to Queenie ... It also helps her mother to go on a diet much better ....

Enjoy a Queenie .... all for you !!... hugs to both!
