Social network for pugs and their people.
Kloe did awesome today. We are doing well during the week with heal without a leash, but its like she totally forgot her sits and downs. I think maybe because its cold out and she doesn't want to go into a down position. But tonight at class she did almost everything perfectly. I was very impressed. We did harder stays this time. You put your dog on stay and then you walk around the room. Everyone in class is doing this at the same time so other people are walking past your dog while…Continue
To My Pugslife Family:
On this Thanksgiving Day I am thankful for... …
I guess this should be under the breeding forum, blog, area.
I am just thankful that The babies are all healthy. Bebe is healthy and Hamlet is a good sire. Bebe and Hamlet are a good match. Bebe did not loose any during the birthing on either litter and both litters were not over sized with quantities or size of the pups., I think that says a lot, about both parents.
I feel finding the right sire is an important part of breeding, as much as having a good damn…Continue
Kloe and myself would like to congratulate her mom Bebe on another great litter, even though there are any fawns! :)
Have a look at Bebe's photos on Frans page.
Dear Tin Tin,
Do you know that you turned 4 yesterday? Yes, my baby boy, you did, and that is why we cut a li'l b'day cake, sang you a cute b'day song and had a party. Did you have a ball, sweetie? I sure know that Rusty and you enjoyed the delicious doggie shaped carob chip cake our neighbour baked you, for you ate till you could no more. And for once, I guess you even enjoyed the fuss surrounding the b'day hat, outfit et al. Momma and dadda sure loved celebrating this special day of…Continue
The vet said 4 or 5. But she is so fat I think more, maybe 6. The count down has started. I can hardly wait. Maybe tomorrow I will do a photo of her so you all can see how big she is. I worry that the pups are not to big, or to many. I noticed that she is having problem with her right knee. I hope it only due to the extra weight. I will watch it and see.
I found a couple youtube that you might be interested in. Some very good information from a vet. I know you know some of this and…Continue

I want to take this time today to say to all our Pugslife family in the Philippines, and those who have family in the Philippines, that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I cannot even begin to imagine with you all might be going through. We had Sandy last year, and that was really bad, but I believe from seeing all this on the news that the Philippines were hit so much harder, and the disaster is so much worse.
Praying for you all
Diane, Linus and Lizzy
We had a dog walk yesterday to help raise funds to open a dog park here in Bristol. It was such a nice day, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, that is all but Lizzy. She was a little chicken around the other dogs, and when we started to walk I had to get her way up in the front of the pack in order to get her to stop looking around and trying to get me to pick her up. Once we got up front where everyone was in the back of us, she was fine. Linus got his picture in the paper, which…Continue
