3 in a bed and the little one said.......

As the weather becomes chillier, the pugs cuddle closer. Daisy, the 8 month old loves to cuddle with Lucy, the 12 year old. Sassy, who is 7, is kind of a loner, but the cooler weather is warming up her disposition. Here they are in the bed and it brings to mind that song, "Ten in a bed and the little one said, roll over, roll over. They all rolled over and one fell out, 9 in the bed and the little one said......." You get the idea. Well no one… Continue

Hi everyone, I haven't been on my page in a few months, so sorry if you commented etc. and I didn't respond. My house flooded and I have been working on repairs for about two months, but I am finally done and moved back in.
Miss Prissilla is happy to be back home. She is still "PERFECT" and she still bites my toes when I 'm not giving her my undivided attention.

If everyone will look at Makayla Lynn's page, look at her pictures and I think it is the next to the last one, it is a closeup of the dogs face, on the bottom chin area you can see exactly what my pug has, but mine has it all over her chin, and on her mouth area. I am going to post a pic of her asap but this is what she has. Let me know what everyone thinks.

One Sunbeam and Three Puggies!

It's Veterans Day and I have the day off. I was just reading a newspaper article about our Veterans Day parade and sipping some tea when I noticed the girls all squished into one sunbeam. Of course we pug people know we just have to take a picture, don't we? I think I'll dress them in red, white, and blue bows and take them to the courthouse plaza. Nothing more patriotic than puggies on… Continue

My one and only Synco<3 R.I.P. 9-13-08

On September 13, 2008, I tragically had to say goodbye to my baby Synco who was 7 mos. old when he went to doggie heaven. Synco suffered from a congenital liver disease which caused many complications for him. The first being that his growth was stunted and he remained a tiny 11lb. puggy. He also suffered from stones that formed from the lack of his ability to get rid of his bodily waste quick enough. These stones in turn, blocked his urination track and he was unable to go to the bathroom on… Continue

I have 4 pugs. One is a OK, one a senior, one has allergies to food, and one has had idiopathic epilepsy for the past year and had seizures 2-4 times a month every month. It started a year ago when Rocky was 3. My vet says little is known about why the seizure activity happens and is why they call it "Idiopathic" Epilepsy. And so we tried Phenobarbital for 7 months with no results, and then added Potassium Bromide for the next 2 months....neither worked. Finally we eliminated the other meds and… Continue
