Riley's Call for Adoption

My mommy and Daddy are moving to Atlanta and unfortunately they can not take me. I'm very loving, I adore kids and babies, I'm potty trained, I like to exercise and I'll never leave your side. If you can find it in your heart to accept me into your heart and home please call my daddy.

Thank you,

Riley

Spent a few days in the hospital and the pug kids.......

I had to spend a few days in the hospital this last weeek, and boy were the pug kids glad to have me home again! Of course I saw to it they were well cared for while I was gone, but they feel real put out if mom isn't right here for them! The first 24 hours after I got home, they were glued to my side! They are starting to feel a little more secure that I am not running off again, but for a while they just wouldn't let me out of their sight. It's hard to believe that a little dog could be so… Continue

Pet Cemetery or Freeze-dried Pugs

Stephen-the-Pug had been freeze-dried after he died, presumably at his owner’s request (though how he came to rest on a hotel chair at a vet conference in a “Pet Cemetary” booth eludes my imagination).

Boy, is my face RED!

Well, I came home last week and thought Daisy's incision was opening. There was a piece of skin hanging, no blood, but there was drainage. I called the doc after hours, raced to the clinic with Daisy, who was oblivious to the emergency. She was just excited to go for a car ride without Sassy!

Well, got there and the doc took her, looked at the incision, eeeek..pulled of the "skin" off and said, "Relax Pam, everything is OK!" It was dried drainage and hair! He said the slight drainage… Continue

God loves puggies!

Daisy May woke up from anesthesia without a problem. Thank you God! Today is her first day at home after her spaying and she is doing wonderfully. I chuckled when I read the doctor's instruction to keep her quiet! Hmmm.... keep a pug puppy down, that'll be the day. But, we are limiting her activities and including more crate time (she loves her cave!) to help her healing. Sassy is being very attentive and Bentley the cat seemed to miss her when she was at the clinic. It's all… Continue

Well, Daisy goes in to the Vet tomorrow. She's going to be spayed, but I'm a little nervous. She's so little!
