Social network for pugs and their people.
Many of you must be wondering about two very different looking Pugs who appear here.I want to tell you a story about one of our members. You maybe have met our Julie Foutch, she is generally the first member who greets you. She is one of the rocks of Pugslife.
Well our Julie, was the lady who had all the seniors Pugs. She had Noah, Sheba and our Queen Mum, well she was the Queen Mum of the Bad boys and Girls Club, Darla and then there is the baby of the family Buggy. Julie lost her…Continue
I haven't been on here in awhile, but a lot has happened. Unfortunately we lost one of our furry family members almost 2 years ago. Sheba passed away at home surrounded by all her humans and fur siblings. We had her for 15 years, so this was a very difficult time. We had no intentions of getting another dog in the immediate future, but a few months later a friend approached me regarding a dog his girlfriend's mother could no longer care for. He told me her name was Jazz and she was a…Continue
It is with a heavy and empty heart that I write this. Our family lost the best part of our lives on Saturday when we had to bring Buelah to the vet for the final time. She was a week short of her 14th birthday and was suffering from heart failure. She had a long and special life with us and she fought every step of the way to stay with us, but in the end we had to help her and let her go.
About 5 years ago she was suffering from constant ear infections and we found that her weight was…Continue
Everyone please have my Abbey in your thoughts today. She is not a pug, but has been a great companion to my pug Zoe when she was still here and to my little pug girl Kloe.
Abbey is having seizures, it was a bad night. She is at the Vet and will be staying there at least today. Its going to be expensive, but I need to give her a chance. I hate these decisions!
Here is a picture of Abbey.
It is with a heavy heart that I post this. I am in need of finding a home for my pug, Rex. We recently moved, and it is not working out where we are. He is 9 years old and went blind a couple years ago. He does well, just takes some time to adjust to new surroundings. He is such a sweet dog, LOVES to cuddle and just be in close proximity to people.
If you are not able to actually take him, but know of other options or have suggestions, please let me know.
One of my favourite photos I've taken of Kloe was when we met another dog on the beach at Gabriola. They ran back and forth like crazy dogs just having the greatest time. This one photo I got all 8 legs off the ground at the same time.
Hello pug friends, Our pug, Berri, needs a friend. Do you know of a healthy baby pug who would like a home in Victoria? Sincerely, Tom/Hayley Henderson, 250 519 0998
