Is he having any trouble going potty? If so, it could possibly be a problem with an anal gland. I would get him checked, it could be a really simple solution and would cause him much relief.

It has been just about six weeks since Lily had the mast cell removed from her belly, I can't believe it's been that long. Her incision was looking great, 2 weeks after surgery she had stitches removed and has been healing up very well, no redness or swelling, she looked great! There were 2 layers of stitches, one set on the inside that disolve a couple of months after surgery. We've been making frequent visits to the vet over the last 6 weeks for follow up and then of course we are now havin

Hello Friends,
I'm debating on if I should make yet another appointment with the vet again for Lily's rash. She finished up her second round of antibiotics yesterday and is being weened off of the steroids once again. After 2 rounds of antibiotics and way too many days on steroids there has been no significant changes in the appearance of her rash. She's not itcy, I'm sure that's because of the steroid, and I'm afraid that may change once we have a few days on the lower dosage.
