Live in Danville, work in Emeryville as an editor. I love to be outside, especially in the water. I know sign language and I'm very active. People call me crazy pug lady. They're correct ;)
How many pugs own me:

About my Pugs:
My pug's name is Buddha aka Mr. Wu. I have wanted a pug since I was 18 and I finally got him when I was 23. He is everything I could want. He is super active, and stuck by me through my weight loss journey...walking and running with me everyday. He sleeps as close as he can to me every night and I love waking up to pug kisses!!
OMG yes!!! I tried P90X for the FIRST time ever last Friday and it was the plyometrics one. UGH! My newest toy has been my heart rate monitor - I love it! Kickboxing is always fun and I hope you enjoy bikram yoga! My husband and I used to go but haven't in months. All I can say is be prepared to come out looking like you jumped in a pool with your clothes on! Def bring a towel (for sweat and to stand on - helps with traction). Bring some iced water bottles as they will get warm really fast. I also found it helpful to wear pants because when you do a lot of these poses and hold them and have to hold on to your leg, your hand is constantly sliding because of the sweat. Let me know how you like it!!!
Yes, portions is my problem too! If it's pizza or pasta - I'll eat til I'm bursting lol. I do a combination of cardio (running, stair stepper, elliptical and plyometrics - my LEAST favorite LOL) and weight training. How about you?
Hi Sabrina! I absolutely love your profile pic! Congratulations on your weight loss - I know how hard that is as I have struggled as well! My biggest problem is food! I work out very intensely 6 days a wk but LOVE food! I'm a vegetarian but am a fanatic for dessert and carbs lol. I have never been able to do the moderation thing though. It's all or nothing for me, which isn't necessarily good, especially when it's ALL! The wknds are my weakness as I associate them with food! FOOD = FUN! Anyways...just thought I'd share as I know how hard it can be and thought we can offer each other tips :)
Welcome to the Family Sabrina and Buddha aka Mr Wu. Funny how they all seem to have several names. Mine is Hektor aka Mr Blue aka Butch Cassidy. Nice to meet another crazy Pug Lady, several here as well. Helena and Hektor
"I'm lucky as i work from home and i don't travel anywhere unless my furbabes can go,most of ours are day trips and they enjoy it as much as i do as they have many friends out around here,i will not go anywhere unless they can go and…"
When traveling and can't take our babies with us we used to have a friend stay with them at the house. She let us know that they spend most of their time by the front door waiting for mama to come home. That broke my heart. Velma even tries to escape to "look for mama." One time it was many hours before she was found -- so so scary. Now we leave the girls at a friends house who has a doggie daycare. They do okay there but really keep to themselves/huddle together in a corner. I'm so conflicted.…See More
