We are a pug crazy family! We have lived in Round Rock for 6 years. We have two pugs, Elvis Pugsley, and Dill Pickles. We also have a toy rat terrier, Tinkerbell. We have human children too, 11 year old daughter and an 8 year old son. Life is pretty crazy, but we love it!
Hi Renee! I read your article about potty training with a crate. I get my precious little fawn puggie girl on Monday and her crate is ready to go. I also have a play pen I was given for her. I have read many articles about crate training and totally get it but, before they are use to the crate how do I keep her from going potty on the floor. From what i have read your pup must get use to the crate slowly before keeping them in it for any length of time. Should I use the play pen with the crate in it for now and leave the crate door open? Any advise would be great thanks.
