my husband Eric and I live in North Wales, in the Snowdonia National Park in a slate town called Blaenau Ffestiniog. we feel very privileged to live in such a beautiful place. Wilber belongs to my daughter, and we get custody of him on holidays, but she's gone to Australia for a year. so we get the position(lucky us) of full time carers.
How many pugs own me:
About my Pugs:
Wilber is the name and he is 2.5years of age but acts like a puppy. Endless enthusiasm for everything. Love, fuss, food, walks car trips visits to Pets At home. We love him the doubled shedding monster x
Hi Kate, we got to Cumbria with Hektor, his last holiday with us, he hates his routine being disturbed and though he is a good traveller he is not a happy boy when he gets there. He now goes into home boarding with a lovely lady who lives now just down the road from us and stays with his big lady friend Jetta who is a flat coated retriever whilst we go to exotic places. Yes I can understand how Wilber feels about being left alone. Our first two, Henry and Angus, were left in the house whilst we worked, no, not all day, one or other of us got home, fed and walked them at lunch time and spent as long as we could, but it really did not work for them both. Angus, the youngest one had separation anxiety which we had to work round. So when we got Hektor we waited until I had retired and though my Husband did work from home he could not have coped with the little monkey we got. We bith now are retired and Hektor rules the home. I do not know if Wilber watches TV but our Hektor does. So no animal programmes nor are we that fond of all the adverts with animals in them either.
Love to Wilber, tell him Hektor is happy to have him as a friend. Helena
Hi Kate, we are delighted to be you and Wilber's friends. Your Wilber reminds me of my Henry, who was as soft as butter and who was run ragged by his nephew Angus. Hektor is made from other metal and is a it of a bully. Started young, he was the dominant one of his litter, six brothers and one sister, and still he continues. You live in a lovely part of the World, my lot got involved with the South Wales contingent, I have a cousin in Neath or thereabouts these days. My Uncle married a lady in Wales and sadly died down there during the war. The nearest we got to Snowdonia was driving to Holyhead to go to Ireland unfortunately. Will need to try and make it up in time. Helena and Hektor
Welcome to Pugslife Kate, Hektor and I are in Fife , Scotland, not too far from the Highlands not that Hektor goes walking in them, much preferring the city life. He likes going up to Perth and chase the city pigeons, he leaves the wood pigeons and squirrels alone here. He is six and bad news for you, still a pup. I wish I could say this one has quietened down like my previous pair, but no such luck. Helena
"And now we have lost sweet Tin Tin, beloved by Puggirl. Pugs come into our lives to brighten them, and that is exactly what they do. Sweet Tin Tin, please find our puggies that have gone on before us and tell them we still remember…"
