- I live in Parker, CO with two pugs, Mortimer and Pickles, and two cats, Balthazar and Valentino. I am an editor for a health insurance company and a freelance writer. I love animals, and I love to read, visit with friends and family, travel, see movies, and listen to NPR and music.

- About my Pugs:
- Mortimer was born in September 2004 and is my first pug. We went all the way to Yankton, SD to get him! He is the most amazing little dog and I can't imagine being without him. He is intelligent and enthusiastic. He loves people, other dogs and cats, and enjoys playing keep away, tug, and fetch. He also loves to nap and above all, loves food! Pickles is my most recent addition. I adopted her from the Colorado Pug Rescue in May 2008. She is 6-7 years old, and a little bit of a sausage, but we're working on that! She is very sweet, and I can't imagine why anyone would give her up. Her favorite activities are sleeping, cuddling, and eating. Especially eating.

Ahh, who is this half pint? She is adorable. I have noticed kids don't just give hugs with thier arms, barely touching someone or something like so many of us adults do... if they're hugging you.. they use their whole bodies, just like half pint and…

Hehe! My Pug does that when food is out too. We've even got the same cupboards, handles and lights as you in our kitchen!
