We were married on Oct. 6, 2007 and live near downtown in Indianapolis. We're first- time Pug parents and James is a first-time ever dog parent. We also have a cat, Cheese. Our human children don't live with us and are now wishing they did because of our new addition. We would love to meet other Pug parents!
How many pugs own me:
About my Pugs:
Maximus Obama (Max) was born on August 28, 2008 in Iowa. We saw his picture online after many months of searching for the perfect dog for us and fell in love. We went to Iowa on Oct. 31st and came home with him the next day.
What a dog! He's extremely active and athletic, much to our surprise after reading about Pugs for the last year- but we love it! And we love him.
We're hoping he and our cat, Cheese, will eventually become buddies but, he's still a pup and likes to chase. Cheese isn't having it.
We also just realized that our pets are named "Max and Cheese", but- oh well...
*** An update***
We have a new addition to the family! Angus Pugleto. He was simply "Zach" but we got to know him and he became Angus. The name suits him.
Hi you really have stunning pugs and your photos are great it's always awesome to see such happy pugs.
Whats great is that you are new to your pug world and already know that they rule lol. Max & Cheese will finally settle down I'm sure just as long Max doesn't thinks his real cheese, I just think the names are just to cute . ET loves cats.
Yeah, at first I wanted a little girl... but as soon as I saw Toby I fell in love. And now we have 2 little baby boys. They mean the world to us! I still kinda want a little girl...I've always wanted one. Max is such a little sweetheart and so cute.
We have a pug meetup at the first Saturday of every month. It's the Indy Meetup for Pugs and you can search for us at meetup.com. It's a blast and my little 6 mo pug loved her first experience at the meetup. Plus, it's a great sounding board for pug related questions :) Congrats!
