So we got Grant In Sept. He has been wormed twice, had 2 sets of shots (due for his 3rd round this week). He had whip worms 3 weeks ago and got treated, along with shots, fleas, and heartworms. However, I just noticed that he now has tapeworms? (short flat worms) and fleas as well! I just checked him 2 days ago and he had NO fleas and now he does along with worms. Anyone know of a good flea medicine? I know thats how he got the worms as well... I am taking him to the Vet tuesday.
So I got the news today that I am no longer allowed to keep Grant :( I have been crying all day! I am really heartbroken! He is such a wnderful puppy but is in the wire chewing stage and has destroyed $300 worth of wires. I thought I had the house puppy proofed but he proved me wrong last night :( So my bf said I couldnt keep him anymore :( If anyone in the east Kentucky area is looking for a beautiful brindle pug, I have one for $200 :( :( :( :(
So yesterday we decided to start training. I must say that Grant is doing great (video coming)! Sit is now a great word!!! If we could get stay, lay, and shake down, we would be doing even better. Does anyone have any suggestions on training? Grant is 11 weeks, is that to early to expect much? Like I said, he is doing almost perfect on sit. Should I wait a week or so on each new command? Anyway, please let me know what yall think or have experience with. Thanks!
