I BOUGHT MY FIRST PUG IN 1967 WHEN I WAS NEWLY MARRIED (1ST TIME) AND JUST 19 YEARS OLD. I WAS HOOKED! AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF OF "TRAINING" FROM A WONDERFUL BREEDER, I BRED MY FIRST LITTER OF PUG BABIES. 40 YEARS LATER I AM STILL BREEDING MY BELOVED PUGS!! I AM "RAINBOWS END PUGS". I LIVE IN ARIZONA (YEAH! IT IS VERY HOT!) AND LOVE IT. MY "BABIES" HAVE A HALF ACRE OF RURAL YARD TO ROMP IN WHEN THEY FEEL THE NEED TO GO OUT, ALTHOUGH SLEEPING SEEMS TO BE MORE TO THEIR LIKING MOST OF THE TIME!
I CAN TALK "PUG" FOR HOURS, AND AM ALWAYS WILLING TO GIVE ADVICE (YOU LEARN A LOT ABOUT PUGS IN 40 YEARS!!) TO ANYONE WHO WANTS IT. I RECENTLY LOST MY HUSBAND, MY BEST FRIEND AND 30 YEAR COMPANION, JUST IN NOVEMBER OF 07, AND WITHOUT THE PUGS TO KEEP ME GOING, I MIGHT NOT HAVE GOT THROUGH IT. I HAVE A HIGH FUNCTIONING AUTISTIC SON WHO LIVES AT HOME AND IS A HUGE HELP WITH THE PUGS! HE IS A COMPUTER TECH AND RUNS A "FROM HOME" MOBILE COMPUTER SERVICE FOR THE LOCAL RESIDENTS OF OUR SMALL COMMUNITY. I HAVE 2 DAUGHTERS , 12 GRAND CHILDREN AND 9 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN. PLUS AN EXTENDED FAMILY OF "ADOPTED" SON AND 2 MORE DAUGHTERS WITH 10 MORE GRANDCHILDREN BETWEEN THEM! ALL ARE PUG LOVERS TOO!
PS. NO I AM NOT YELLING, BUT I ALMOST ALWAYS TYPE IN CAPS! I CAN SEE WHAT I AM TYPING BETTER THAT WAY! LOL!

- I CO-OWN KEIRA AND CASSIE WITH CONNIE FATINA. I AM PUGSITTING HER CH. MALE, YANKEE DOODLE DANDY (DANNY) AND I HAVE SADIE AND FANCI AND ATHENA AND A NEW YOUNG MALE "KING TUTANKHAMAN" (MY SON IS A NUT OVER EGYPTIAN HISTORY) TUT FOR SHORT, AND CHYNA AND SHYLA WHICH ARE MY ONLY TWO BLACK FEMALES . THE NUMBER VARIES AS I ALSO FOSTER SOMETIMES FOR PUG RESCUES, AND IF THEY ARE HARD TO ADOPT OUT, THEN I USUALLY END UP LETTING THEM LIVE THIER LIFE OUT IN LEISURE WITH ME!

Spent a few days in the hospital and the pug kids.......
I had to spend a few days in the hospital this last weeek, and boy were the pug kids glad to have me home again! Of course I saw to it they were well cared for while I was gone, but they feel real put out if mom isn't right here for them! The first 24 hours after I got home, they were glued to my side! They are starting to feel a little more secure that I am not running off again, but for a while they just wouldn't let me out of their sight.
