Thank you Di, I couldn't do it.  The tears are very much flowing now.

Run fast fun free Jebbers.  Your death will not be in vain - it will be an inspiration.

We lost another special friend this past week, our very own loving Jebbers.  He leaves behind his mom, brother, sister, and a nephew along with his very best friend his human dad Brent (Pugman).  He is now in the loving arms of his dad Walker.  I had to post these two pictures that I thought were just so special of Walker and Jeb now and forever together.  We love yo Jeb, but we know you dad is taking good care of you.

Stacey I know exactly what you are saying, it gets easier, but they are always with you somedays stronger then others.  I think of Lily and Lulu very often, and then there was my first dog Muffin who was such a sweet girl, I still get tears when i think of her and she has been gone for about 27yrs now.

Ah! Stacey, she was very like my Lassie in that she was YOUR first dog. I was a little luckier than you, I had her for nine years but lost her the year I married. I found a picture of her recently in my Mother's pictures, one with my Gran and her Poodle who was instrumental in finding her. I can still remember her funny ways and you will always remember Jezabelle's. We both hope we all meet again but not too soon. Helena

Thankyou Helena, It is so very true. Jezabelle was my first ever dog, as in MY dog, not a family pet. I got her at 21, and while I only had her for 3 years, they were some of the best of my life. I know I will never forget her, I cherish that, and I cherish the time I got to spend with her, and I cherish every moment I am able to spend with my current Puggy. I hope I remember her very fondly until my time is up on earth and I am able to meet her again, a long way from now, that may be!

So much sympathy Stacey, whilst it does get easier you will never forget her, ever. I have been recounting what was my first dog, not the first in my life but the one who I actually took into my life, and that was when I was 18 and as I am now about to reach the grand old age of 65 you will see how you never forget them.

Jezabelle, regardless of how long she lived, made such an impression that made her so special. To all of us our Dogs are just that, special, mine are carried in my heart and will remain there always as will yours. Celebrate her life . Helena

2 years today since my baby girl left to go to the Rainbow Bridge.  Miss her everyday. It gets a little easier as time goes on, but there are still some things that make me remember her and miss her so much, that I burst into tears.  My Angel is forever with me, in my heart and in my soul. Hope you are happy and well my Jezabelle. Mummy loves you still. xoxoxo

Oh, Stacey, I'm so sorry for you loss.  We never do "get over" it, do we?  Just know that we all understand and know what you're going through.  :0)
