I'm not quite sure what rainbow bridge is but all I know is that it was one year ago today that we had to say goodbye to our little darling Freda. she was barely 3 years old and suffered most of her life with PDE. I still think about her every day and keep a picture of her by my bedside. her brother Bert sleeps in his bed right next to mine so I can reach down and stroke his head and tell him I love him before we go to sleep. she was quite a challenge to take care of when she was  on all her meds but still I miss every little thing about her, and I guess I always will. I knew this day was going to be hard and it is unfortunate that I am here on the rig instead of back home with my little boy pug so that I could hold him and remember the way Freda's fur used to smell..she always smelled so clean and fresh for some reason..perhaps because she was outdoors very little in the later part of her life.

Konrad that is so sweet.  Happy Birthday Zoe.  And let me say Merry Christmas to all our Angels in heaven, as they are all missed so very much.  We Love You Guys

Today would have been my beautiful little Zoe's 14th birthday if she hadn't been taken earlier this year to the rainbow bridge so soon.  I miss her so much still, Kloe saw I was sad just now and let me give her a hug.  Zoe was the best at hugs and sitting in my arms.  We could just sit together all day long.  I miss you my little girl.

All those special ones are now playing together and running free.  I know we all wait the day to see them again, I know I do

So sorry to hear of Leah Alisabeth Ashlyn's passing.  Know she is happy playing with all the pugs at the bridge, while she waits for you.  <3

Missing my Buffy Boo during this Christmas time.  She did so love the lights and festivities.  I hope God has a Christmas tree for our puggies at the bridge.  :0)

Those are beautiful Pictures of our beloved Jeb and Walker. Thank you for posting them Diane.

Brent those are healing tears and you need to let them flow. Don't ever be ashamed of them and for caring so much. Love to you and so sorry for your loss.

When you can't travel with your pugs ...

When traveling and can't take our babies with us we used to have a friend stay with them at the house. She let us know that they spend most of their time by the front door waiting for mama to come home. That broke my heart. Velma even tries to escape to "look for mama." One time it was many hours before she was found -- so so scary. Now we leave the girls at a friends house who has a doggie daycare. They do okay there but really keep to themselves/huddle together in a corner. I'm so conflicted.…See More
