Don't tell me their old as i don't want to hear that, maybe you see old but,i see grace and a noble face. As they may not be once they were once as we remembered in their younger years but,the heart is still the same forever loyal and forever filled with love. Each one is unique in their own special way but,as for love they all have that precious gift, the gift of the heart ever loving.Yes they may be a little gray,a little slower it doesn't make a difference as they are still the same within that loyal companion who has shared our lives as well as those cherished memories we made together as i sit and stare at my ole"faces i still can't believe how those years have gone by as i know in my heart the best is yet to be.Each day is a miracle when you have a senior in your life as they have so much to give which most of us know those loving hearts and warm eyes there is nothing greater as i see us all very blessed and very rich in a senior's love. For me i have been blessed from the day a special rescue pug "Abby" entered my life and my heart and each day i thank god for bringing these ole"gray faces into my life as i'm very rich in a seniors love and that's the best richness any of us could have.As i look into their eyes at this moment i can only say "thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life as i am truly rich"and that's the best kind of rich to be.Thank You ole" gray faces everywhere, thank you for touching our hearts with "a seniors love".Dedicated to:noah, darla, sheba, buggy,Abby, lily, evi, sol, millie, bart and all our gray faces here at pugslife-You have my heart!

Julie you are right, our seniors are our best friends, we have watched them go from young to old in a heart beat, but they still have that special something to offer us. Lily still is my baby girl, and there are days my heart aches to see her the way she is now, but then I turn around, and there she doing the same thing that Linus might be doing. She might leave the room and come back with a toy, or steal one from Linus. She still loves her food, and lets you know that she is there while you eat, saying remember I am down here, and I will take whatever you have to offer me. Yes our seniors are a god send.
I agree! Bart gets sweeter every precious day we have him. He's so good with his little rescue sister, Gigi. And he's patient and tolerant with the little girls. He will be 13 this August, and every day is a treasure. He puts up with all my fussing; teeth brushing, wrinkle cleaning, bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning. He doesn't hear very well, but he knows exactly when it's meal time! And he can hear the garage door open, running to greet me with his favorite toy - his orange stuffed carrot. It isn't a proper greeting without that carrot! He is my love-bug, and I hope he can stay with us a long time.

Senior pugs are special pugs, as all point out, specially sweet too.

To be able to care for and be loved by these oldies brings so much to your life.

This is one beauty of a senior, what a special cute cuddly face.  My Lily gets that same look once in a while.
thanks for posting as i just smiled when i seen this pic she is so beautiful this warms my heart as they have away to take hold of our hearts i could fill a home with them just adore my seniors.
