Social network for pugs and their people.
I have posted before about putting Oscar, my 8 months old male pug for adoption.
We have Oscar since February 2012, Oscar is born on Dec 6 2011.
However, I got transferred to work in another location, and my bf's new house and new job is not convenient to keep Oscar.
I know it is irresponsible and selfish to leave Oscar,
thus I'm not asking for anyone to forgive me but please help me to find a new home for Oscar.
It's the least I can do for him.
Please let me know.
I'm reachable via email@example.com.
Oscar is living with my bf's in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
There is nothing selfish about realizing a pet won't work out and working hard to find a good situation for him. In my lifetimeI had to rehome a golden retriever and a shih tzu under different circumstances many years ago. Life happens. I work with a rescue and situations do come up. we are all only human. What is so wonderful here is the time you are taking to find Oscar a suitable home and I am sure this is hard for you so I am sending a hug overseas.
Thank you, your kindness and understanding means a lot to me.
thank you for you honesty as I said do not judge one b4 you know the whole story,I am so glad you admit to not having time for him and reaching out to us rather then keeping him and making things worse hopefully someone can help on this site as I am sure someone will
I'm just hoping and working towards the best of Oscar.
he needs lots of attention, and sadly I can't give him for now.
Best of luck to Oscar and yourself. Hope you find Oscar a place where he will be taken care of and give him lots of love, that's all Pugs want.
Thanks, I am working on it!
and I'm quite happy as the malaysia community are quite loving towards pug.
Thanks Julie. That's what I'm working towards.
Is there any adoption fee for Oscar? I know you're not selling him away becuz its a family member but sometime ppl will charge a certain amount of adoption fee. Just to make it clear.
Thanks and hope Oscar gets a warm nice family to be with soon.
The adoption fees is just to purchase over Oscar's item.
I don't want to put Oscar for free... because I'm worried people won't appreciate free things.
you are so right Elaine never give a dog away for free if you cannot afford the adoption fee can you afford to feed ect? I see alot of dogs pupys for free on Kijji makes me sad and mad
Yes and thanks for replying Elaine. It would be sad if ppl are selling away their family members you see. No hard feeling. Will help to pass the news to dog lovers i've known. I hope that i can have him but i'm staying in a condo and alredy have on thus not possible for another.
HOpe that Oscar gets a good new home soon.
